This is a high quality extra fine merino carded batt. It is perfect for wet and dry felting. As the fibers are short and fine (19 microns), it felts quickly for a smooth surface. It is great for jewelry and clothing items. It is also wonderful for making two dimensional needle felted paintings. The soft short fibers felt rapidly, and it is easy to twist them to make lovely whiskers, etc. Because the fiber is fine, it is easier to paint details (such as eye lashes and details in eyes, etc.). When needle felting, it is often easier to use a batt than roving. You will receive 100 grams (3.5 ounces). The wool is dyed by DHG in Italy, a professional dye house. The sheep are not mulesed and the dye house is Oeko-Tex certified. Be aware this is a carded batt. It is not roving. Roving comes with all the fibers combed straight and appears like a rope of wool. This is a special introductory price.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

I accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item as long as the item is in the same condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If the customer received free shipping for an order over $35 and they return the product for no fault of my own, I will deduct my shipping costs from the refund. I ship my packages through USPS with tracking. Please be aware that if USPS tracking information indicates the package was delivered to the address on the order, I do not provide refunds if a customer indicates they did not receive the package. The customer will need to follow-up with USPS in a timely fashion themselves to resolve the issue.
