Class Description:

Come join Karen for a Howling Good Time! This is a skill-building class. Our subject will be a wolf, but the lessons will extend to other animals as well. During this session, we will focus on needle felting fur, realistic eyes, and noses. These skills will increase your confidence to work on other animals as well, especially dogs. During the class, we will discuss various types of wool that can be utilized to create fur. We will explore the importance of value while bringing your felted wolf to life.

Kit contains:

Wool felt, batting, felting needles, dissolvable fabric with a drawing of the wolf, and a picture of the completed project for reference.

Required, but not included: a felting mat, fine point pen, and a pair of small, sharp scissors.

A frame is not included.

Recommended, but not required: "Pen" Needle Felting Tool holding multiple needles. It holds three needles.

You will have access to the recording for one year after the class. The folks at Original Sewing Expo produce the recording and provide it to students. It takes them a minimum of two weeks to produce the recording. Please be aware that sometimes their email with the link to the recording goes to people's spam folders. If you have any questions about the recording, please email info [!at] sewingexpo.com. The staff are quite friendly and will be happy to assist.
